徐以琳（1957生），抒情女高音聲樂家。出生於臺北市。就讀世界新聞專科學校（今世新大學）編採科（1972-1977）期間，參加基督教藝術團契後，走上音樂之路。在臺灣先後師事杜瓊芳、朱苔麗、江心美，後轉赴美國學習聲樂，先後取得美國密西根大學聲樂碩士（1979-1983）、加州大學聖塔巴巴拉分校聲樂演唱博士（1986-1993），1983年起任教東海大學音樂學系迄今。徐以琳極富語言天份，能演唱多國語言，加上甜美醇厚的抒情女高音嗓音，及訓練紮實的發聲技巧，不僅演唱曲目寬廣，還曾於國內外歌劇舞臺參與諸多演出，例如《費加洛婚禮》、《女人皆如此》、《魔彈射手》，中文歌劇《西廂記》、《文天祥》等。除了精湛的演唱表現，門下弟子已有多人贏得國際聲樂比賽或登上國際舞臺，為臺灣聲樂界重要人物。

Hsu Yi-lin, born in 1957 in Taipei, is a lyric soprano vocalist and music educator, specialized in soprano performance and vocal training. Hsu’s association with music and performing art was Influenced by Christian arts groups. She studies vocal in the USA and got her doctorate in vocal performance from UC Santa Barbara. Hsu plays a significant role in the field of vocal performance in Taiwan and has worked as an outstanding singer and educator in many places within and outside of Taiwan.
