朱苔麗（1953生），女高音聲樂家。出生於臺北巿。父親作曲家朱永鎮早逝，7歲隨母親聲樂家楊海音旅居義大利。1970年入選教育部資賦優異，赴義大利羅馬聖契其利亞音樂院主修聲樂，1976年滿分畢業。她曾在多項國際聲樂比賽獲獎，加上義大利報章樂評的褒揚，得以順利踏上義大利職業演唱舞臺，並曾灌錄多齣歌劇作品演唱錄音專輯。1987年榮獲國家文化藝術基金會第十三屆國家文藝獎。1992年起，朱苔麗積極投入聲樂教學，2001-2008年任教義大利國立布雷夏音樂院，2008年起轉任義大利國立維洛納音樂院，經常舉行專題講座、大師班或講習會，2008年北京音樂院榮譽教授，2011年為國立臺灣師範大學表演藝術研究所講座教授，2013年於國家音樂廳舉行告別演唱會，其精湛的歌唱造詣和教學功蹟卓越，門下弟子遍及多國，影響深遠。

Chu Tai-li, is a soprano vocalist residing in Italy. Zhu was born in 1953 in Taipei, with her father being composer Zhu Yong-zheng and her mother vocalist Yang Hai-yin. Before living in Italy, Zhu studied at National Taiwan College of Arts and Conservatorio di Musica S. Cecilia in Rome and inherited the artistic legacy of several renowned Italian vocalists. Zhu is winner of many international vocal contests and has an impressive and diverse resume as a professional vocalist with her work at opera houses and concert halls across Italy through the years. She also gives lectures and workshops on vocal music to junior singers and vocal teachers from Taiwan and around the world, through which the depth and width of her impacts in this field have been second to none in Taiwan.
