張日貴(1933生),恆春滿州民歌手。出生於屏東滿州。1946年,母親要她到瓊麻會社賺錢貼補家用,這個地方成為她人生第一次展現歌唱才藝的練歌場。1954年開始,有空時便到東海寺拜觀音菩薩,並開始跟著師父誦經。在此過程中,張日貴認識更多國字,這使她在往後滿州民歌教學上有很大的幫助。1979年,在鍾明昆協助成立的滿洲鄉民謠協進會中,擔任民歌總指導,負責教唱及演出節目的編排,另一方面也與鍾教授共同有系統的整理散落在各地的滿州民歌,並且將民歌宣揚到臺灣各地,更錄製成CD、VCD。2008年屏東縣政府將恆春民謠登錄為屏東縣無形文化資產,2012年將張日貴登錄為無形文化資產的保存者,2012年她更榮獲文化部指定為國家重要傳統藝術保存者(俗稱人間國寶),表彰她一生傳承藝術文化的精神。
CHANG Ri-Gui (ZHANG Ri-Gui) was born in Manjhou, Pingtung in 1933. She is a Hengchun, Manjhou folk singer. With the assistance of Prof. Chung Ming-Kun, she established the Manjhou Folk Songs Promotion Society, and serves as the society’s folk song instructor, responsible for teaching folk singing and arranging concert programs. Chang collaborated with Chung in systematically collecting Manjhou folk songs from various places, gradually promoting the music throughout Taiwan. They have made CDs and VCDs of the songs, and organized a performance troupe to perform in the US 2003, foster internationally cultural exchanges.
