李哲藝（1970）生於高雄，為當代臺灣重要的作曲家與豎琴演奏家之一。自幼生長於音樂世家，受父親李武男影響，早年即熟悉豎琴製作與演奏之技藝。畢業於文化大學音樂系，並於輔仁大學音樂研究所指揮組肄業，長期從事音樂創作、指揮與錄音製作。其創作橫跨古典、民族與跨界領域，迄今累積逾二千首作品、五千件編曲與百餘張專輯製作。曾任臺灣國樂團駐團作曲家（2016）及第28至30屆傳藝金曲獎音樂總監。多次榮獲傳藝金曲獎「最佳作曲人獎」、「最佳專輯製作人獎」與「最佳創作獎」，亦曾於1999年獲美國國際爵士豎琴大賽第三名，為首位亞洲得獎者。2017年創立「灣聲樂團」，以「古典音樂臺灣化、臺灣音樂古典化」為宗旨，致力推廣臺灣作曲與本土音樂之國際能見度，形成兼具創作力與社會參與的代表性音樂家。

LEE Che-Yi (b. 1970) is a prominent Taiwanese composer, harpist, and conductor. Raised in a family devoted to harp-making and music education, LEE was immersed in sound craftsmanship from an early age. He graduated from the Department of Music at Chinese Culture University. Over the past three decades, he has produced more than 2,000 compositions, 5,000 arrangements, and over 100 recordings spanning classical, traditional, and cross-genre music. LEE served as composer-in-residence for the National Chinese Orchestra Taiwan (2016) and music director of the 28th–30th Golden Melody Awards for Traditional Arts and Music (GMATAM). His accolades include Best Composer, Best Album Producer, and Best Creative Award at the Golden Melody Awards, as well as third prize at the 1999 International Jazz Harp Competition - the first Asian laureate. In 2017, he founded the Philharmonia Moments Musicaux Taiwan (PMMT, Bay Voice Orchestra), championing the vision of “Taiwanizing classical music and classicizing Taiwanese music,” and has become a leading figure bridging artistic innovation and cultural identity.
