黃正銘（1965）為臺灣國樂界重要的二胡演奏家、策劃者與跨界製作人，現為采風樂坊團長暨藝術總監，亦為采風樂坊創團者，並任教於中國文化大學國樂系。畢業於中國文化大學中國音樂學系、佛光大學藝術學研究所，曾赴大陸進修，致力推廣現代國樂作品與傳統絲竹音樂。曾任中廣國樂團首席，並隨彭修文、楚世及、Michel Rochat等學習指揮；亦曾隨張月娥、黃文亮、吳榮燦、李鎮東、劉明源等學習胡琴演奏。自1991年創立采風樂坊以來，黃正銘長年策劃、製作並演出各類型絲竹音樂會與大型舞台作品，並舉辦多次個人獨奏會，著有二胡基礎教材及輔助教材共六冊。他帶領采風樂坊實踐當代絲竹音樂風格，除持續深耕臺灣音樂與傳統絲竹，也積極與戲劇、舞蹈、搖滾、電子音樂及西方現代音樂團體合作，發展出《七太郎與狂狂妹》、《十面埋伏》、《東方傳奇．搖滾國樂》、《西遊記》、《無極》、《阿銘上菜》等具代表性的跨界作品。其率團參與多項國際音樂節與跨國合作計畫，足跡遍及亞洲、歐洲與美洲，為臺灣當代絲竹音樂發展的重要推動者之一。

HUANG Cheng-Ming (b.1965) is a prominent Taiwanese erhu performer, curator, and cross-disciplinary producer in the field of Chinese music. He is currently the Artistic Director and Director of Chai Found Music Workshop, which he founded, and also serves as a faculty member in the Department of Chinese Music at Chinese Culture University. He graduated from the Department of Chinese Music at Chinese Culture University and the Graduate Institute of Arts at Fo Guang University. He further pursued advanced studies in mainland China and has been dedicated to promoting contemporary Chinese music and traditional sizhu (silk-and-bamboo) music. He previously served as concertmaster of the Broadcasting Corporation of China Chinese Orchestra and studied conducting under Peng Xiuwen, Chu Shih-chi, and Michel Rochat. In addition, he studied huqin performance with Chang Yueh-eh, Huang Wen-liang, Wu Jung-tsan, Li Chen-tung, and Liu Ming-yuan. Since founding Chai Found Music Workshop in 1991, Huang has long been engaged in the planning, production, and performance of various types of sizhu concerts and large-scale stage productions. He has also presented numerous solo recitals and published six volumes of instructional and supplementary materials for erhu. Under his leadership, Chai Found Music Workshop has developed a distinctive contemporary sizhu style, not only continuing to cultivate Taiwanese music and traditional repertory, but also actively collaborating with theatre, dance, rock, electronic music, and Western contemporary music ensembles. This has resulted in a number of representative cross-disciplinary productions, including Qi Tailang and Kuang Kuang Mei, Ambush from Ten Sides, Eastern Legends: Rock Chinese Music, Journey to the West, Wu Ji, and A-Ming’s Cuisine. Through extensive participation in international festivals and collaborative projects, Huang has led the ensemble to perform across Asia, Europe, and North America, establishing himself as a key figure in the development of contemporary Taiwanese sizhu music.
