陳萬成（1941-），鋼琴調音師，鋼琴維修技師，「一鳴樂器公司」創辦人。15歲開始在高雄的「雅歌琴行」當學徒，學會製作口琴、風琴、鋼琴的技術之外，也在日本技師一對一的指導之下，以兩年時間，接受鋼琴調音的訓練。身為臺灣早期調音師，其技法遵循半世紀以前的做法，整個調音過程不仰賴機械，僅憑自身聽力，且調音過程分為兩次，一次長達數小時，這在現今的臺灣已幾乎罕見。而由於他也會修理鋼琴，調音技術比別人多了更多得以應變、以及在細微處有所調整與發揮的功夫。從1960年代開始從事調音工作至今，除了見證半世紀多以來，鋼琴從二戰後的稀有，逐漸成為社會普遍學習的樂器之一，也整理過世界各名牌的鋼琴，服務過成百上千的客戶，包括各世代的音樂家、音樂團體、與國內名流等，親炙音樂產業與音樂文化發展、臺灣經濟榮衰之轉變，其生命史與臺灣音樂史緊密相連。

Chen, Wan-Cheng (1941~), a piano tuner and a piano technician, is also the founder of I-ming Musical Instrument Company. At the age of 15, he began to work as an apprentice at the "Yako Music" in Kaohsiung. In addition to learning the techniques of making harmonicas, organs and pianos, he also received piano tuning training for two years under the one-to-one guidance of Japanese master technician. As an early piano tuner in Taiwan, his technique followed the practice half century ago. The entire tuning process did not only rely on the machinery, but only relied on his own hearing feeling. The tuning process was divided in two, one for several hours, which is almost rare in today's Taiwan. Because he also repairs the piano, his tuning skills are more adaptable than others, and he can adjust the subtlety. Since the 1960s, he keeps tuning works. Witnessing the time change of more than half a century, the piano has gradually become one of the most learned musical instruments in Taiwan from being rare after World War II. Wan-Cheng Chen has tuned the world's famous pianos and served hundreds of customers, including musicians, music groups, and domestic celebrities of all generations, correlated with the musical industry and the music culture development and the rise and down of Taiwan’s economy.
