魏樂富(1954生),德裔鋼琴家、作家。出生於德國布倫瑞克。1978年畢業於漢諾威音樂學院,同年應邀來臺任教於東吳大學。1984年赴美國入紐約曼哈頓音樂院,1987年獲演奏博士學位,後任教於國立藝術學院(今國立臺北藝術大學)音樂學系,至2020年退休。2018年歸化為中華民國國籍,是首位獲得此殊榮的音樂家。魏樂富與臺灣鋼琴家葉綠娜於1979年結為連理,經常以雙鋼琴形式同台演出。1990年兩人同時獲國家文藝獎,為第一位獲得此殊榮的外籍人士。代表性音樂作品有雙鋼琴曲《青春舞曲》(1999,改編)、音樂劇《小紅帽與大黑琴》(1994)等。與葉綠娜合作之《雙鋼琴30禮讚》錄音專輯,更勇奪第二十一屆金曲獎最佳古典音樂專輯獎及最佳演奏獎。魏樂富來臺已逾40年,透過音樂推廣臺灣,可謂是最具貢獻的臺灣音樂家之一。
WILLE, Rolf-Peter (born 1954) is a German pianist, composer, author and music critic, born in Braunschweig, Germany. He graduated from the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik Hannover (now known as the University of Music, Drama, and Media Hanover) in 1978 and was invited to teach at Soochow University in Taiwan in the same year. In 1984, he went to the United States and studied at the Manhattan School of Music in New York and earned a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in 1987. Wille then began teaching at the National Institute of the Arts (the present-day Taipei National University of the Arts) and continued teaching there until his retirement in 2020. In 2018, Wille became a citizen of Taiwan. In 1979, Wille married the pianist, Yeh Lina, and they often perform together in piano due concerts. In 1990, they both received the National Cultural and Arts Award. Willie’s key musical works and arrangements include Danse des Pagodes for two pianos (1999), Cold Jokes on the Piano (1988) and Taipei Salad (1992), musical Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Black Piano (1994) and a piano piece with spoken words, Crab in the Dark (2016), commemorating the 70th anniversary of what became known as the February 28 massacre in Taiwan.
