陳澄雄 CHEN Tscheng-Hsiung 指揮家 返回

臺灣宜蘭人,指揮家。臺灣國立臺灣藝術專科學校(現國立臺灣藝術大學)畢業後,留學奧地利學習作曲和指揮。1984年出任臺北市立國樂團團長,1991年任臺灣省立交響樂團團長,至2003年卸任。陳澄雄潛修音律,駕馭中西音樂,獨具藝術睿見與文化氣質,並曾多次應邀客席指揮多國著名交響樂團及國樂團演出,樹典文化新頁。

CHEN Tscheng-Hsiung, born in Yilan, is a conductor. He received his Bachelor's degree from National Taiwan University of the Arts and conducted further studies in composition and conducting in Austria. In 1984 he began to serve as the director of Taipei Chinese Orchestra and in 1991 became the director of National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra. He retired in 2003. CHEN has long researched in tuning systems, specializing in both Chinese and Western music. He is renowned for his artistic interpretation and cultural awareness and is often invited to be the guest conductor for international symphony orchestras and Chinese orchestra.
